Chloe Groudas
I’ve spent most of the last seven years in a yoga room — bumping playlists, creating sweaty, creative flows, and helping people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel good and real.
I’m a registered yoga instructor, with additional studies in massage therapy. My work is rooted in helping people come home to themselves through movement, touch, and breath.
Over the years, I’ve learned that healing and connection often happen outside the walls of a studio — somewhere between deep breaths on a mountaintop, laughter shared with strangers who become friends, and the quiet magic of being fully present.
That belief inspired me to co-create O.P.I.C. Retreats, spaces where yoga, adventure, and nature come together to help others reconnect with themselves and the world around them.

Natalie Harvey
Natalie is a spirited adventurer with a deep love for movement, mountains, and mindful exploration. A lifelong hiker and certified yoga instructor, she’s mostly at home chasing sunrises on quiet trails, leading flows in wild places, and creating experiences that help people feel more alive.
Her passion for connecting people through nature and movement led her to co-create O.P.I.C. Retreats — immersive, adventure-based experiences designed to help others step outside routine and into something real.
Rooted in mindfulness and fueled by curiosity, Natalie brings an open-hearted, down-to-earth approach to everything she does. Whether she’s guiding a yoga practice, mapping out a new trail, or sharing laughter around a campfire, her goal is simple: to help others find presence, connection, and a deeper sense of belonging — both in nature and within themselves.
Upcoming Retreats
Each retreat offers something unique — a different landscape, rhythm, and theme — but all share the same heartbeat: courage, connection, and discovery.

O.P.I.C.
Not just just a name,
but a practice
When we first started dreaming up what would eventually become OPIC Retreats, we spent weeks tossing around name ideas
— trying to find something that captured what this work really feels like.
It wasn’t until one night over dinner, when we stumbled upon the story of Ernest Shackleton, that it all clicked.
Shackleton, the legendary Antarctic explorer, was known not just for his daring expeditions, but for the spirit that carried him and his crew through impossible odds.
He defined the four key traits of every great explorer:
Optimism, Patience, Idealism, and Courage.
These weren’t just survival tools for the ice — they were ways of living.
And as we read his words, we realized: that’s exactly what we practice every single day

Optimism
the spark that keeps us moving forward — in hiking when the trail gets steep, in yoga when the mind starts to wander, and in life when things don’t unfold as planned. It’s the quiet belief that something beautiful waits around the next bend, even when we can’t see it yet.
Patience
teaches us to slow down and trust the process — to breathe through the climb, to sit with discomfort, to let the journey unfold in its own time. It’s in the long hike, the deep stretch, the pause between breaths — where growth actually happens.

Idealism
keeps the vision alive. It’s believing that connection, presence, and nature can change people — that these moments of stillness and adventure can remind us who we really are.
It's what drives us to keep creating experiences that mean something
Courage
Is the thread that ties it all together.
It's what gets us to the trailhead, onto the mat, and through the moments that ask more of us than we expected.
Because courage isn't the absence of fear-it's choosing to show up anyway.
Living The Four Traits
Since starting OPIC, life has continually invited us to practice what we teach — in business, in nature, in motherhood, and beyond. These four traits aren’t just words to us; they’re the compass we return to when things get hard, slow, or uncertain.
Each retreat is more than an escape — it’s a reset. A space to remember your strength, reconnect with what matters, and bring home simple tools to support you long after the adventure ends.
CAPTURED MOMENTS

“This retreat helped me ground myself. Life is fast and stressful and sometimes you need to stop and take everything in and look inward. I think this experience really helped me figure out what I want in life and what I don't. This retreat actually helped me make a step toward going to school for something that i have been thinking and talking about for years. I also made such incredible friends whose friendships invaluable to me. If someone were considering going on one of these retreats I would say absolutely do it. It's a great way to step out of your comfort zone and release control for a moment. Everything is handled, you're guided along the way, and you can meet the best people who make you feel like you belong.”
