Chloe Groudas is a yoga teacher, retreat leader, and co-founder of O.P.I.C. Retreats


Rooted in the mountains of New England, Chloe blends movement, mindfulness, and adventure to help others reconnect with themselves and the natural world.

With over seven years of teaching experience across studios, teacher trainings, and global retreats, her approach weaves together anatomy, creativity, and heart. Whether guiding an intimate meditation, a yoga teacher training, or a mountaintop yoga session, Chloe’s teaching invites students to explore the full spectrum of what it means to be alive in their bodies.

Teacher Trainings

As a lead teacher trainer for Hot Asana Yoga University, hosting both 200hr programs as well as continuing education & 300hr programs. Chloe has written a variety of modules such Intuitive Cueing, Creative Sequencing & Patterning, Myofascial Release and advanced anatomy & inversion modules. Chloe is passionate about helping teachers refine their voice, find their confidence, & empower their knowledge.


Her trainings combine applied anatomy, fascia studies, and creative expression — empowering teachers to lead from authenticity, clarity, and embodiment.

If you’re a teacher ready to deepen your understanding of the art & science of teaching yoga, or a yogi looking to deepen your practice & begin your teaching journey, you’ll find her programs both educational and transformational.
