Katie was SO incredibly helpful when I went on a cruise to Bermuda! While I booked the cruise myself, I asked for her help booking some excursions while in Bermuda. She found me a great deal for a catamaran boat ride with snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking! When two of my friends had to bail out of the excursion last minute, Katie reached out to the catamaran group and convinced them to not charge us for those two tickets. Katie was easy to work with and I will definitely be reaching out to her for help with my next trip!
