🧾 Payment & Cancellation Policy

All retreat bookings are non-refundable. When you reserve your spot, you’re making a good-faith commitment to pay for the experience in full. This policy is in place to benefit promise to yourself, to our team, and to the local partners who help bring each experience to life. Your payment secures accommodations, guides, and services that are arranged in advance and cannot be recovered in the event of cancellation.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise — which is why we  highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. If you need to cancel for any reason, your payment will not be refunded, but your travel insurance (if purchased) may reimburse you according to their terms.
